Our Core Privacy Commitment to Indian Parents
Neurosaathi is built around information that families may consider deeply personal: developmental concerns, assessments, routines, school context, therapy history, sensory preferences and everyday observations.
Our principle is simple: your child's information should remain under parent or lawful guardian control. We use it to provide the Neurosaathi services you choose, not to build behavioural advertising profiles about children.
1. Verifiable Parental Consent (DPDP Section 9)
Where Indian law requires verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian for processing a child's personal data, Neurosaathi will require that consent before relevant child-profile features are used.
By creating and managing a Child Development Passport, the account holder confirms that they are authorized to provide and manage the information entered for that child.
2. Data We Collect & How It Is Used
- Developmental Profile Data: Information you choose to provide about age, developmental concerns or diagnosis, strengths, sensory preferences, communication style, routines, school context and therapy history. This helps personalise guidance and organise the Child Development Passport.
- Clinical Assessment Vault Records: Reports or documents you choose to upload. These may be used to provide requested summaries, organise records or help you prepare questions for qualified professionals.
- AI Companion Interactions: Questions you ask Neurosaathi and relevant context you choose to make available. These are used to generate the requested response and improve continuity within your account.
- Account & Contact Identifiers: Information such as email address, parent name or mobile number used for account access, authentication and service communication.
3. Security, Encryption & Cloud Infrastructure
Neurosaathi uses technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect account and child-profile information in transit and at rest.
Access controls are designed so that private child-profile information is available only to authorised users and services needed to operate the features you choose.
No digital service can promise absolute security; our published policy should always reflect the safeguards actually implemented in production.
4. Your Rights: Access, Correction & Erasure
Subject to applicable law, parents or lawful guardians can request access to information associated with their account, correct information that is inaccurate, export relevant records, or request deletion where permitted.
You can also remove individual records, observations or documents through the controls made available in the product.
