Non-Medical Decision Support Disclaimer
Neurosaathi is a companion platform for parents of special needs children. It provides educational information, organisational tools, AI-assisted decision support, routines, product discovery and care-navigation support.
Neurosaathi does not provide a medical diagnosis, prescribe medication, replace therapy, or substitute for a qualified medical, therapeutic, educational, legal or financial professional.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or creating an account on Neurosaathi, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
2. Platform Capabilities & User Responsibility
- Developmental Roadmaps & School Letters: Roadmaps, routines, question lists, school communication and similar outputs are decision-support tools and templates. They should be adapted to your child's situation and, where appropriate, discussed with qualified professionals.
- Child Passport Management: You are responsible for the information and documents you choose to add to your child's Passport and for checking that important information remains accurate and current.
- Emergency Scenarios: Neurosaathi is not an emergency service. For acute medical emergencies, immediate danger, abuse, self-harm risk or other urgent situations, contact the appropriate emergency or crisis service.
3. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use
Neurosaathi's software, visual identity, original content, care-navigation structures and proprietary systems are protected intellectual property.
Parents may use and share their own generated child summaries, routines, roadmaps and school-support materials for personal care coordination with teachers, therapists, doctors and relevant family members.
4. Limitation of Liability
AI-generated and informational outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neurosaathi is not liable for decisions made solely in reliance on platform output where professional judgment, emergency support or independent verification is appropriate.
